• Edtberger Franz / Polaroid: Edtberger Franz has an amazingly comprehensive collection of Polaroid cameras, especially regarding imprint/variant models. [As mentioned on my Credits page, Franz's camera "catalog" has been of great help in expanding the coverage of International-market Polaroid cameras on my site.]
• Polaroid Picture Roll Cameras: David Prakel shares some photos of his collection of Polaroid rollfilm cameras and accessories.
• Prelinger Archive: Polaroid Dealer Announcement (1964): The fine folks at archive.org have been providing free downloadable copies of old educational and ephemeral films over the 'net for years. Among their more recent additions is this old Polaroid dealer sales film. The film illustrates some marketing and sales techniques used by various Polaroid dealers in the early years of the Polaroid packfilm camera era. Like most movies on archive.org, this one can be downloaded in a choice of formats, including VCD (MPEG-1) and MPEG-2.

• pola pro: A site dedicated to the art of instant photography in all forms, from Polaroid film to photo booths to even the Fisher Price Creative Effects camera.
• Mark-Steffen Göwecke - Polaroids: An on-line gallery of an ongoing 'photo essay' project. It involves a rather novel use of photography to tell a story-- in a way that would be difficult to perform in any medium other than instant film.
• Polaroid Transfer Photography & SX-70 Manipulations: A gallery of Polaroid transfers and photomanipulations by Kathleen Carr, many of which are available for sale on her site as limited-edition prints. Kathleen has also written a book (titled Polaroid Manipulations) which is published by Amphoto Books and available through various book retailers (or directly through her site). [ED NOTE: I've seen this book, and it appears to be very comprehensive in terms of technique/technical coverage, and offers some fine examples of Polaroid transfers and manipulations. ...and I'd even be saying that even if it weren't for the fact that she gave my website a mention in her book!   :-)   --MK].
• Hand-Altered Polaroid Photographs: Cynthia Davis's gallery of SX-70 manipulations, many of which are available for sale as prints in a wide variety of sizes.
• Polaroid Work -- Create: Polaroid's own instructional pages about the world of image/emulsion transfers, SX-70 image manipulation, and other creative uses for instant film. [NOTE: Polaroid has re-organized these pages into a framed environment which complicates making outside links. If this link doesn't work, try www.polaroidwork.com and follow the Create --> Create a Great Picture menu selections.]

• Littman Photography -- 45 Single: A new hand-held multipurpose 4x5 camera called the "45 Single" based on the 110A/B Pathfinder chassis. The unusual thing about this particular camera is that it has a modified back and focus assembly to provide full-frame 4x5 images.
• Razzledog's Camera Conversion Dean Jones offers several types of custom Polaroid modification services, including a rather nice-looking 120 film conversion for Pathfinder cameras. While I cannot vouch for the conversion personally (having never seen one in person), it appears to be designed and machined rather well.
• Eastcamtech - Polaroid Here's another Polaroid conversion shop. They not only offer the usual Pathfinder-with-a-packfilm-back types of conversion, but also the folding-pack-camera-with-a-Pathfinder-lens style as well.
• Conversion of a Vintage Polaroid Perhaps you've seen some of the Polaroid camera conversions described on (or linked from) this site, but wanted some more suggestions about how you might try to tackle the job yourself..? Check out this interesting site which offers some very detailed step-by-step instructions regarding one person's Polaroid conversion projects.

• Meggaflash Technologies: A new manufacturer of flashbulbs in this day and age? Believe it!
• Cress Photo: This dealer specializes in flashbulbs and related equipment. Their prices are quite high (especially for common bulb types), but they do stock a pretty surprising selection of flashbulbs-- including such unusual variants as #5R (infrared version of #5) and #6 (focal-plane version of #5), as well as European flashbulb types not generally found in the USA.
• Graflex.Org: This great source of information about products of the various incarnations of the late Graflex corporation might be a useful starting point for those interested in using an old press camera for Polaroid work.

• Four Designs Co.: Four Designs had long been perhaps the most well-known Polaroid conversion service company. However, while the company does seem to still be in business, they have since changed their product/service offerings, and they no longer offer Polaroid camera products or conversions.
• Graphic Center: A once-major retailer of used/refurbished Polaroid cameras and accessories, especially for business and industrial markets. Probably went out of business before 2002.
• NPC Corporation: Had been manufacturing Polaroid film backs for a variety of medium format and 35mm cameras, and, as of around the year 2000, had been producing a new Polaroid folding pack camera loosely based on the old Model 195 design. They had a web site at www.npcphoto.com, but the domain name now appears to be owned by an unrelated party; link has been removed.
